Fall Newborn and Maternity Photoshoots

Another maternity and newborn duo that we’re so excited about! We welcomed Darlie into our studio in Southampton, NJ for fall newborn and maternity photoshoots in September and October. We had her maternity session in September and it was still quite warm, so we did some outdoor photos, in-studio photos, and milk bath photos! She and her fiance were so gorgeous, and they coordinated outfits so well. The blues in this outdoor photo looks absolutely amazing on their skin tones and of course a little blue for baby BOY 🙂

When we moved inside, Darlie changed into this two-piece crop top and matching skirt, and dad changed into this floral button-down and white pants. Again with the coordination…LOVE! Olivia and I both were so impressed with their outfits, and especially the fact that dad was so willing to be so well dressed hahaha! Darlie wanted very dramatic lighting. This grey backdrop and lighting is perfect, and I love the effect it has! Gorgeous mom and dad to be 😉

We moved on to the milk bath next. She wanted blue flowers for a baby boy in her bath, so we made that happen for her and added some white flowers and greenery as well. She wore our black lace gown, and I just love how this milk bath portion turned out! An absolutely beautiful mama to be!

Moving onto the newborn session ;). We welcomed Darlie back into the studio in October for an adorable photoshoot with her sweet baby boy! For this photo, we used a natural wood backdrop that we have and added these cute little pumpkins to indicate he was born in October. Can you even handle the cuteness and those cheeks?!

We put him in this little green pant and nightcap set, and I literally can’t handle how sweet it is! He was so sleepy his whole session and was just so easy to get into position.

What kind of blog would it be if I didn’t add in a backlit photo?! They’re my favorite and just so timeless. Darlie looks so amazing in this, and look at this precious baby boy looking right at me! You can see this mama’s love in this photo, and I think that is so beautiful.

We had so much fun with Darlie and her family! She has a baby plan with us, and we can’t wait to do first birthday photos with them again this fall.
