Jackie is the BEST. Highly recommend. We’ve done 7 photo sessions with Jackie over the last 3 years (2 maternity, 2 newborn, 2 cake smashes and a family session). Each experience was great. Jackie manages to capture amazing photos even when your babies/toddlers don’t want to cooperate. The Santa minis are awesome as well because it definitely beats waiting in line at a mall. The goal of each session is for you to leave with printed artwork including heirloom albums, fine art prints, and custom wall art created for your home and your style. Client favorites include museum quality gallery wrapped canvas, custom framing, and heirloom albums. These are your forever memories and we are so lucky to share this special season of life with you and your family.

The detailed process for your session

Design consultation

Before each session, Jackie will get on a zoom call to plan your session with you. She will go over all of your expectations, ideas and flow of the session. This is very important so that she is prepared the day of and if she needs to order any special items.

Session Day!

The day of your session, is a relaxing day for you. Hair and makeup is included in your session fee and will be scheduled at your home or in studio depending on the schedule. We work with the best hair and makeup artists in the area. Maternity sessions are scheduled on Tuesday’s, Thursday’s, Friday’s and weekends upon request. Weekends are limited.

Ordering appointment

Right after your session, Jackie will upload your photos to an Ipad for you to view your images right away. Yes! That is right! This allows her to get your images back to you as fast as possible. She will then send your purchased images to the editor same day. Editing takes up to 2 weeks and products take up to 8 weeks.

Jackie offers a stunning selection of dresses and gowns for you to choose from for your maternity session. She also provides hair and makeup services to help you look and feel your best. While pregnant, it’s totally normal to feel self-conscious about your body. Jackie will work with you to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your photos. She can make subtle adjustments, like removing double chins (everyone has one when looking down), underwear lines, and more, to ensure you’re happy with the final result.

Maternity Photography Session Pricing

In studio session fee is $249

Milk Bath Maternity Session $395

Baby Plan $395

Session fee includes:

Design consultation to go over all of your expectations, up to 1 hour in studio session, hair and makeup, professional retouching of all purchased images, ordering appointment to pick favorite images and design wall art and albums and delivery and installation of all purchased products. Milk bath sessions are up to 90 minutes and include fresh flowers and milk.

Everyone goes home with a printed product from their session.

After your session, we do a same day ordering appointment so that we can get you your images back faster. Digital collections start at $549 and include prints. Our full digital collection includes a custom album and or wall art. Wall art pieces start at $395 and include the corresponding digital image. Baby Plan session fee of $395 includes:

In studio or on location maternity session including hair and makeup, in studio newborn session including hair and makeup and first birthday session in studio, an ordering appointment after each session to purchase your final packages and delivery of purchased products.

That’s almost $200 in session fee savings!!!!

Girllll, we get it. You may not feel like yourself, you might feel uncomfortable or you may feel absolutely amazing! However you’re feeling, let us document this beautiful time for you.

15 years from now… When your baby is all grown up and you just want to remember the moments: when they were in your belly, the little kicks and those hiccups. OHHHH! The cute hiccups at 10pm when your trying to sleep, but want to feel your baby swim in your tummy. Don’t you want your memories of this time captured for a lifetime?

You are an amazing woman and your body is going through incredible changes. This is the time to pamper yourself and create memories to look back on for generations.

A few days before your session, get a manicure and pedicure! It’s so important to have some “me time” before your little miracle enters the world. The day of your session add on hair and makeup but our favorite stylists to make you feel like a million bucks. Then go out for a night out to celebrate your upcoming addition to your family!

There are many reasons why we don’t just do digital images.

The number one reason is because your family deserves to be seen in printed albums and wall art for years to come. Studies show that children are more confident and feel more loved when they see their photos on the wall of their home.

The second reason is because we are a done for you service! Think of it…. Wam bam thank you ma’am! You get your images and then don’t have to design an album or wall art! Everything is also guaranteed for a lifetime. If something breaks or is damaged accidently, we replace it 100%. Walmart and Shutterfly are not going to do that for you.

Reason three? You are supporting a local small business and her employees that have families!

Here is a blog about some reason’s why digital images are hurting you in the long run.

We recommend taking maternity photos in the 7th or 8th month of pregnancy. Anything later in the pregnancy can be a risk since baby can arrive anytime after 36 weeks. You will also have your beautiful growing belly, but none of the swelling and too much uncomfortableness yet. We want you to feel beautiful and have an enjoyable experience.

Does that mean we won’t photograph you after 36 weeks… NO! But, contact us as soon as possible so we can get you into the studio right away!

If you do go into labor early, do not worry about us. We completely understand if nature wants to take its course early.

During our design consultation we go over all of your expectations. We discuss outfit options and your end goal for your photos. Here is a link to our pinterest board with lots of ideas for outfits. Below are a few of the exclusive maternity gowns that we offer to our clients.

Do you know how to pose yourself? I don’t know how to pose myself haha! We have had extensive training on how to pose mamas and what poses are best for each body shapes.

SUMMER BABY?

We love to photograph maternity sessions on the beach! We shoot on weekdays to reduce the amount of tourists and 45 minutes before sunset. We also use off camera flash to capture the beautiful colors in the sky.

WINTER BABY?

Our Southampton New Jersey studio is a wonderful year ‘round location but is best for winter. We can do formal posed photos and also quick shots right outside in the historic area.

It’s best to book your due date on our calendar 3 months before. We only take 5 newborns a month so that we can give our clients the best experience. We also want schedule your design consultation so we can go over all of your expectations for your sessions. Is your baby here already? Not a problem! Still inquire to see if we have availability. We know babies come when they want, so we understand last minute bookings as well.
