Formal Maternity and Newborn Session
We welcomed Suzanne and her beautiful family in the studio for the first time in the fall of 2023. Actually, this family is part of our baby plan so we will get to see them one more time when their baby girl is one year old. Our baby plan is so amazing because we capture the first few years of your journey in motherhood and the milestones you and your family will achieve.
The Maternity Session
First, we started planning for her maternity portraits and Suzanne mentioned that she wanted formal photos as well as casual lifestyle images. We began the session with her and her family in denim jeans and white blouses. This outfit option has been very popular this year and with good reason, it’s super cute. Then, Suzanne changed into a formal black gown and we took beautiful photos of her and her husband against our white backdrop.
The Newborn Session
A few months later, they returned for their daughters newborn session. As you can see, Suzanne opted for cream-colored outfits and swaddles for family and baby portraits. Additionally, we used purples and purple accents which have been very popular this year. The session was so sweet and so fun! We are very excited to have them return to our studio for their daughters’ first birthday photo shoot.
