Hello and welcome! Whether it is your first baby or your fifth, this is the most precious time to capture. Your baby will only be this small for a short period. Let’s capture their chubby cheeks, fuzzy hair, tiny fingers and toes, squishy lips and tiny smirks. We love to capture siblings and parents as well, so we include any family member that would like to be involved. That also includes grandparents! Bring the fam!

The goal of each session is for you to leave with printed artwork including heirloom albums, fine art prints, and custom wall art created for your home and your style. Client favorites include museum quality gallery wrapped canvas, custom framing, and heirloom albums. These are your forever memories and we are so lucky to share this special season of life with you and your family.
Our Newborn Session Process
Design Consultation
After you decide that we are the perfect fit for you, we will have a design consultation to make sure all of your expectations are covered during your session. Everything is discussed ahead of time so when we get to the day of the session, we are ready to go! These zoom calls take about 15-30 minutes.
Session Day!!!!
Sit back and relax until it is time for your photos. This is your time to take a break and let Jackie have some snuggle time. Jackie always works off of baby’s needs so baby may need to eat more often then normal. This is completely normal due to stimulating them (Jackie also explains this throughout the session) Breakfast or lunch is also provided. One last thing to remember the day of your session!
Ordering Appointment and Delivery
After your session, we will plan a day for a zoom call to see your photos and pick your favorites. You get to see all of your images BEFORE picking your final package. We want you to go home with what you LOVE! Once your products come in, we will deliver them to you! If you purchase a wall piece, we include installation!

In studio session fee is $195
In-home newborn session fee is $395

25 custom birth announcements
Professional retouching of all purchased images

After your session, we pick a date for your zoom ordering appointment. Digital collections start at $549 and includes prints. Our full digital collections include a custom album and or wall art. Just looking for digital images only? There are many reasons why we don't just do digital images.
The number one reason is because your family deserves to be seen in printed albums and wall art for years to come. Studies show that children are more confident and feel more loved when they see their photos on the wall of their home.
The second reason is because we are a done for you service! Think of it.... Wam bam thank you ma'am! You get your images and then don't have to design an album or wall art! Everything is also guaranteed for a lifetime. If something breaks or is damaged accidently, we replace it 100%. Walmart and Shutterfly are not going to do that for you.

We had a wonderful experience for the second time with Jackie. Our Santa session was beyond what I expected with how quick it was, Jackie got so many great pictures! Our second experience was with our newborn session and we received our pictures quickly which I was so happy about. Jackie was a Jedi with my son! She was able to keep him sound asleep for a lot of the poses she put him in and did some amazing poses with the whole family. My daughter was also in awe of her and now wants to be a photographer. Newborn Photography Frequently Asked Questions
When should you book your newborn session?
It’s best to book your due date on our calendar 3 months before. We only take 5 newborns a month so that we can give our clients the best experience. We also want schedule your design consultation so we can go over all of your expectations for your sessions. Is your baby here already? Not a problem! Still inquire to see if we have availability. We know babies come when they want, so we understand last minute bookings as well.

How long after birth do we do the newborn session?
We like babies to be between 12-20 days new. Online you will see many sites say 7-10 days but we find that nursing mothers are still growing their milk supply and some many need additional doctors appointments. We find the best days to be between 14-16 days. Of course, we have photographed sooner and later then 20 days, so if baby needs come extra time in the NICU or appointments we are always flexible!
What if you deliver early and need extra time in the NICU?
Not a problem! We have photographed babies 6 weeks and older as well. You just take the time to think about recovering and supporting your little peanut!
I found some Pinterest ideas, can we do them?
Absolutely! We use pinterest boards are a guide. Not all babies go into certain poses. We take your pinterest board and add it into our workflow for your session. Sometimes babies do not like to be naked or do not like their fingers fussed with, so if babies become uncomfortable or fussy, we then move onto the next pose in our workflow. We average about 10-20 different set ups.
Is newborn Photography safe?
Of course it is! But! I had to be done right. At Stinsman Photography, we have been trained by the best in the business and have attended multiple safety seminars.
