In mid-May, we had the distinct pleasure of welcoming Aris and her lovely family to our studio for a newborn session, celebrating the arrival of their precious baby boy. We’re truly honored to play a part in documenting their journey into parenthood. Newborn sessions hold a special place for us, and we dedicate ample time during these sessions to ensure the comfort and well-being of both baby and mom. Understanding the needs of newborns, we thoughtfully allocate extra time for diaper changes, outfit adjustments, and feedings, ensuring a relaxed and stress-free environment.
Aris thoughtfully selected a palette of neutral colors for their outfits, lending a timeless elegance to the session. We commenced with our inviting bed set in our bright, white room, designed to create fun and cozy moments for all our clients. Their baby boy was soon fast asleep, allowing us to capture beautiful solo portraits of him snuggled with an adorable teddy bear. Naturally, we make sure to take numerous close-up photos of the baby’s ever-changing features, such as their tiny toes, bright eyes, delicate nose, and cute lips.
Above all, child safety is our utmost priority! Our attentive assistant is always nearby, ensuring the baby’s safety and comfort in case of any sudden movements. And, of course, no family portrait would be complete without their charming family dog. Their dog was such a well-behaved and cute companion, happily accepting all the gentle scratches we offered.
As their baby boy began to stir from his peaceful nap, we were able to capture heartwarming photos of him with mom and dad. We utilized our light and airy set for most of these portraits, as this backdrop beautifully enhances contrast and highlights each subject in the frame. We especially love the genuine smiles we captured of them and their baby. Rest assured, you don’t need to be a posing expert before arriving at our studio. Jackie is a skilled professional, amazing at her craft, and adept at guiding everyone to achieve the perfect photo.
