Hartford NJ Newborn Photography | Leaf Grean Newborn Session

In late February 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming Megan and her husband into our studio to celebrate and commemorate the arrival of their baby boy. Upon their arrival, their little one was drifting in and out of sleep, so we decided to start with family portraits. While the baby is always the star of any newborn session, we encourage parents to join in and be part of the memories. Megan opted for our one-set package, and we captured most of the family portraits in our versatile, light, and bright set.

Megan’s chosen color palette for the session was a lovely combination of cream and leaf green, which provided a beautiful contrast against our props and backdrops. Once their baby boy was sound asleep and comfortably swaddled, we proceeded with classic newborn portraits. We were sure to take plenty of close-up photos of the baby because newborns features are ever changing. For this special day, we used a variety of props, including colorful felt hearts, a heart-shaped photography prop, and an adorable woven basket.
