Moody Outdoor Family Session

Moody Outdoor Family Session

We met Kristin and her family at Smithville Mansion in South Jersey in the fall of 2023 for their family session. Actually, this is the second photo shoot we have done with this beautiful family. You can see Kristin’s newborn session for her children here. We are so very honored to have our baby planners return to capture special stages in their lives. Also, we are having a mini-session event at Smithville Mansion! Reserve your time HERE.

The Outdoor Family Session

First, we began with solo portraits of Kristin holding her belly, showing off her third and final pregnancy. Then, we walked the grounds and took classic family portraits of all of them together. Kristin chose a beautiful color palette for their outfits. It went perfectly with the moody vibe of the session. Clearly, the blue contrasted beautifully with the greenery on the grounds.

Of course, a photoshoot with toddlers involved is always a fun event. Lifestyle photography is perfect for capturing the kids running around and capturing authentic smiles. Certainly, we had to have them all holding hands and walking through the grounds. Then, we had to take a sibling portrait of the big sister with her little brother. We love to take sibling photos because they are ever-changing. Finally, we ended the session with a fun family portrait. This moody outdoor family session was so special and fun! If you are interested in having a mini-session at this location please reserve your time slot here. We can’t wait to see you there.
