Farmstead Maternity Session

Farmstead Maternity Session

We met Erin and her husband in the Fall of 2023 at Barclay Farmstead in Cherry Hill, New Jersey for an outdoor maternity session. Trisha, our associate photographer, captured their special moment at the historic 32-acre property. Truly, Tricia is amazing at outdoor family and maternity photography!

The Session

First, we began at the bridge for a couple of maternity photos. Of course, we love to put apples in the classic prom pose. Erin looked beautiful in our black turtleneck gown. We love this gown because it gives such a classic and timeless look and shows off the curves. Clearly, this dress perfectly accentuates the pregnancy belly as well and makes the women wearing it feel beautiful. This dress is available for our clients to choose from in our client boutique.

Then, we took solo portraits of Erin throughout the grounds. Her favorite sports team is the Philadelphia Eagles so she brought her baby’s first jersey to the photo shoot. We encourage clients to bring anything that will further personalize their experience! Outdoor sessions are great because it allows you to take advantage of natural lighting, which can enhance the overall look and feel of your photos. Additionally, the variety of locations and backdrops that is nature offers can add depth and interest to your portraits. Erin’s farmstead maternity session was so fun and we were so glad to be able to capture beautiful memories in a natural and relaxed setting. Are you interested in a fall photo shoot?
