Classic Maternity and Newborn Session

Jen and her husband are Baby Plan clients so we have had the pleasure of photographing them, as of yet, for their maternity and newborn portraits. All that is left is their daughter’s first birthday session and we are so excited! As you can see, Jen opted for a classic, neutral theme for both sessions with a pop of pink for their daughter. Of course, you’ll see Jen in the same dress for before and after portraits, and plenty of family photos as well.

First, they arrived at our studio, located in Southampton, New Jersey, for Jen’s maternity session. It was a nice day out so we did the first half of the session outdoors, and the other half inside our studio. During the outdoor portion, Jen used our boho chic outfit which looks amazing. Then, we went into the studio and took more intimate photos, which are for their personal private collection. Lastly, we ended this session with our backlit photos. Jen is wearing our favorite white whimsical maternity dress.

A few months later, they returned to the studio for their newborn session. Certainly, we were sure to re-create the images where she is wearing the white, whimsical dress. Surely, we incorporated pinks and cute flowers for their daughter’s portraits. This session was so sweet and special. We cannot wait to capture their daughter’s first birthday session this summer!
