Purple Maternity and Newborn Session

Congratulations to Jonelle and her family on the arrival of their new baby girl! It was an honor to capture their maternity session at Sayen Gardens in Hamilton, New Jersey. Clearly, the lush greenery and warm sunshine created a beautiful backdrop for the session. We wish Jonelle and her family all the best as they embark on this new journey of parenthood.

Needless to say, it is definitely a wild ride being a mom to a toddler boy! I love that Janelle has embraced all the highs and lows of motherhood with her little one. Indeed, it was wonderful to see how Brandon exceeded her expectations with his cooperation and enthusiasm during both sessions. Truly, Jonelle is a great example of a supportive and loving mom who enjoys every moment with her son, no matter how wild and crazy it gets!

Of course, our ladder is our favorite prop for kids because they love to jump and play on it. We think it’s wonderful that Jonelle let her son do what he loves to do. Undoubtedly, it is important for kids to be able to express themselves and engage in activities that make them happy, and having a ladder in our session makes capturing cute memories such as these possible.

Then, we did her newborn session in our studio. We incorporated lots of purple and lavender colors for her newborn baby girl. For example, we decided to adorn the baby crib she is resting on with purple flowers. Actually, Jonelle also had hair and make-up included with her Baby Plan, which is a huge bonus for all of our moms that book with us.

We were delighted to have Braden back in our studio again for another photo session! Again, he was so well-behaved and cooperative throughout the session, and it was so sweet to see him snuggle up with his baby sister. His smile was contagious and the photos from the session are absolutely precious.
