Lifestyle/Posed Family Session
We welcomed the Wharton family into our Southampton, NJ studio back in October 2021 for a fun lifestyle/posed family session. Mom (Erin) loves lifestyle sessions but wanted some posed especially for their Christmas cards for the year. This session was so fun, and I loved getting to capture their family of 5 in such a fun way! This day was beautiful, so we started outside. Look at the happy smiles on all of their faces!
Big sister was so fun, and so much help during this session with her brothers. Look at them playing! I love little brother chasing her around here! Also, the fall leaves in the background are beautiful.
After playing outside, we went in for the posed portion. We went with the cream backdrop to keep things neutral. Look at baby brother’s little tongue hahaha! I love it. The kids really did so amazingly for this session. How cute are they?!
Little brothers are so cute here. Again with that little tongue haha! It cracks me up so much. Also, big brother making sure the baby doesn’t crawl off on us with his hands on the baby’s head is so funny. These two are just so adorably precious!
I love this photo of the five of them. Everyone is smiling and happy, so we call this a win haha! I also want to point out their outfits for a second. I think a lot of people when they have family sessions want to be very matchy. There is nothing wrong with that look, however, adding in a print to tie everyone together and following a scheme versus just jeans and a white or black tee can be really fun!
