Mom and Son Palmyra Photoshoot
We ventured out to do a mom and son Palmyra photoshoot in October 2021. This session was for Stephanie and her son Jayce, and she wanted to get some fun fall updated images of them! She was also a giveaway winner with us and was able to use her gift card 🙂
Stephanie wanted to do Palmyra Nature Cove because they come here often in the summer to walk around and look for frogs. I love doing sessions in locations, especially when there’s meaning behind the location picked! This will make her memories looking back at these photos that much sweeter in the future. This is one of my favorite photos from this session. We’ve talked in past blogs about how the sun has to be just right to get this shot with clients silhouettes, and I love it every time!

A lot of times with our younger children we need to do things to keep them engaged and entertained during sessions. Things like tickles, swinging them around, and hip bumps keep them happy. You will also get the most authentic smiles this way through play. That’s exactly what Stephanie was doing in this photo here, and it is the best!! I couldn’t love this photo more!
Another adorable keepsake for mama! This is Jayce with his lovey. Most of our kids have that one thing that you can’t get rid of. I love that she brought this with her, because now when he outgrows it she can look back on this photo of this precious memory of her little boy with his lovey!
