Maternity and Harry Potter Newborn

We welcomed the Vaccaro family into our Moorestown, New Jersey studio in June and July of 2021 for their milk bath maternity and Harry Potter newborn session. Courtney and her husband were so sweet during their maternity session. She was so beautiful, and she did amazing with every single pose! One of my favorite shots is this gorgeous silhouette photo of the two of them! We can’t always get this angle, the sun has to be in a certain spot in the sky for this, but it worked out perfectly during their evening session.

I love this photo of them as well. That snuggle while looking at the bump is just perfect! Courtney picked this peach dress for the outdoor portion of the session, and it’s beautiful on her fair skin. Definitely a favorite dress for spring!

Next, we moved into the studio for the milk bath portion of her maternity session. Since she was having a baby girl she wanted some pink flowers and of course, we added some greenery. The different pinks really pop here. She also picked this white lace dress for the bath, and I just love how this turned out.

Onto the newborn :). As I always mention, I am always SOOO excited when my maternity clients come back to me for their newborn photos as well. It makes me feel so honored, and I love to see from bump to baby so much (the reason why I made the baby plan ;)). Here is sweet baby girl Carly! Her parents love the pinks, so this mauve wrap was perfect for her. I can’t handle how sweet she is!!

I just love backlit shots, so this black and white photo is one of my absolute favorites from this session. Baby Carly was wide awake, and I just adore the way mommy and daddy are looking at her!

This of course is one of the favorites from her session as well! I love when parents bring their passions or hobbies with them for their sessions because it makes them that much more special to them! How stinkin’ cute is Carly with all of these Harry Potter props?!!
