Outdoor Maternity & In-Studio Newborn

We took outdoor maternity and in-studio newborn photos for the Zahner family. I have had the pleasure of photographing their oldest son Lucas for preschool, and we were so happy to do family, maternity, AND newborn photos for them for baby number 3! We love watching maternity and newborn photos come full circle like this! I’m so honored she chose me for these and that I got to see Lucas again. We are starting out with Patricia’s maternity photos, and we took them at Robin Hood’s Castle out in Collinswood, NJ. This is a beautiful outdoor location!

Lucas (son) and Maggie (daughter) were so cute and high-energy! We could just tell by their snuggles with mom’s baby bump that they were gonna be the best big brother and sister. They were so fun!

Sessions with multiple children I always have an assistant with me, and she went off for a race with the kids (Shoutout to Olivia) while I got this beautiful shot of mom and dad with their baby bump. I love everything about this shot, can you handle how beautiful the greenery was this spring???

Now onto the Newborn session! This baby girl was a surprise since mom and dad already had a boy and girl, so let me introduce baby Ella!!! She is such a sweetheart and looks SO much like her big sister Maggie. She slept most of the session and did so well. Big brother and sister did great, and were very interested in what was going on hahaha!

We were able to get this precious shot of baby Ella smirking during our bedtime set, and it’s one of my favorites for this session! I couldn’t believe how much long brown hair this baby girl had.

Another one of my favorites is this adorable photo of Lucas and Maggie with their new sister smiling. It’s hard to get that genuine smile with little kids, but they did great!

I couldn’t end this blog without a beautiful family photo! Look how precious this family is!! I love how Maggie is helping mom hold baby Ella hahaha!

Wasn’t this maternity and newborn session just gorgeous?! It’ll always be my favorite to see a family come full circle and entrust me with such precious memories!
